How do I turn on Dark Mode for PayPal?

PayPal does not currently document a universal dark-mode switch in its Help Center. Appearance can vary by app version, platform, and region.

iPhone and iPad

1. Open Settings on your device.
2. Tap Display & Brightness.
3. Select Dark.
4. Reopen PayPal to check whether your version follows the system appearance.

Android

1. Open Settings.
2. Tap Display.
3. Turn on Dark theme.
4. Reopen PayPal.

If PayPal remains light, your current app version does not expose a supported dark appearance. PayPal's website does not publish a theme switch. Avoid using untrusted browser extensions on payment pages.
